Bob Duval, Senior Vice President of Canadian Services

 

Mr. Duval brings to IPS 26 years of oilfield experience throughout NE British Columbia, Alberta, and Montana in various management and leadership roles. Along with his many accomplishments, Mr. Duval also helped facilitate the growth of Phoenix Dataline Ltd., in which he was a shareholder. Mr. Duval has been with IPS at a senior management level since the inception in 1999 and has played a significant role in the development of the integrated concept of which IPS offers.

Dennis Hassel, Vice President of Finance & Administration

 

Mr. Hassel a native Calgarian, and brings to IPS his CPA and over 20 years of financial experience focused on the energy services sector. He started his accounting career with KPMG auditing & providing financial services to the energy sector. Prior to joining IPS in 2002, Mr. Hassel worked internationally for Fracmaster in Russia as their Divisional CFO.

Mike Tanton, Vice President Operations

 

Born and raised in Alberta, Mike Tanton brings over 12 years of oilfield experience to IPS.  Mr. Tanton worked with large international players such as Schumberger, and worked as a field consultant for a mid-sized E&P company.  He has had the opportunity to serve a diverse range of locations including Brooks, Central Alberta and the East Coast.  Mr. Tanton is a
P. Eng and a member of APPEGA.

Jade Iluk, Director of Human Resources

 

Jade started with IPS in 2005 as Manager of Human Resources and in 2006 was appointed Director. While new to the O&G industry, Mr. Iluk came to IPS from the electrical utilities where he was the Manager - HR for the Alberta Electric System Operator (AESO). Prior to his work in the utilities, Mr. Iluk gained invaluable experience with ADP as a process, M&A, and HRIS consultant for many of Alberta's top company's across diverse industries. This breadth and depth of knowledge has brought new perspectives and innovative strategies to the People Practice and the Leadership team at IPS.

Russ Hayden, HS&E Manager

 

Russ Hayden began his oilfield career with Phoenix Dataline out of High Level, AB in 1994.  He worked in various areas of wireline throughout his career, and in 2000 was promoted to HS&E Coordinator.  After excelling for a number of years in this role, he was appointed HS&E Manager in 2006.  Whether by setting standards through internal forums and initiatives, or committees within PSAC and various government departments, Russ is very active in the industry.  Always ready to listen and commit to safety, Russ is a great addition to the IPS team.
